Gene Alcantara, Immigration Adviser & Caseworker at OISC Levels 1 & 2
Gene has been with us since he retired from British Council in 2006. He has a BA in Russian Studies, PgDip in East-West
Trade and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Apart from his full-time engagement as an Immigration Adviser
& Caseworker (OISC Levels 1 & 2), Gene is also active in his spare time as the Editor of EuroFilipino Journal,
